Holy Smokes! Harbor House Foyer Finally Finished!

I just HAD to share these photographs with you. I took them because a local paper, wanting to do a story on our renovation, asked for them. Yes, today, we finally finished the foyer!

The library (two photos, left) is also done, decorated and dedicated (named for Brooks A. Jenkins, Ruth's passed father and former Clark College librarian).

Cozy, comfortable and colorful; you'll find it just the place to read, write and relax. But, to borrow a phrase from Reading Rainbow, "you don't have to take my word for it," come out and see for yourself. [You may enlarge the photos by clicking on them.]

Our Open House is 2-6 p.m., Saturday, September 24. We'd love to show you around!

The main room is very close to completion, as well. Only a few more details. (Its looking so cool! I'll have that photo early next week!)
